Every painting and print is carefully packaged to help it arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
UK delivery
We offer free, insured delivery on all original paintings and prints within the UK.
The delivery method will depend on the artwork’s size, value and handling requirements. Larger originals may require specialist art transport.
We will confirm the expected dispatch and delivery arrangements when your order is accepted. If a painting is still in progress or a print requires production time, this will be explained before purchase.
For originals reserved with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch.
International delivery
International delivery is quoted separately on request.
Please contact us before ordering with the artwork you are interested in and your delivery address. We will confirm availability, shipping costs, insurance arrangements and estimated delivery times before you commit to the purchase.
Any applicable import duties, local taxes or customs clearance charges are your responsibility unless we expressly confirm otherwise. These are separate from our shipping charge and depend on the destination country. Customs procedures may also affect delivery times.
Packaging and insurance
Originals and prints are packaged with protective materials appropriate to the artwork and its journey.
UK deliveries are insured during transit. This insurance supports our delivery arrangements and does not replace or limit your rights if an artwork is lost or damaged before it reaches you.
Receiving your artwork
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate, and let us know in advance about access restrictions or arrangements that could affect delivery.
We recommend checking the packaging and artwork promptly after arrival. If you notice damage, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, retain the packaging and take photographs to help us investigate.
Delays, loss or damage
If your artwork does not arrive as expected, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. You will not be required to pursue our delivery provider or insurer yourself.
